Size: Miniature - 5.2 × 3.1 × 2.8 cm
Calcite is a common carbonate mineral made of CaCO3. The market has been calling these pieces “Feather Calcite” recently. Some have even been referring to them as Chinese Dragon Scale Calcites.
The manganese allows this piece to have a beautiful pink UV reaction.
Originally purchased with a locality tag of Leiping Mine, we believe this piece could be from Manaoshan or Hubei.
