Size: Miniature - 4.5 × 3.4 × 2 cm
Fluorite is calcium fluoride, CaF2, a halide mineral prized for its vivid colors and cubic crystals.
The quartz’s vugs appear to be some sort of cast. Perhaps from a fluorite that was once present.
