Tschermigite is an ammonium aluminum sulfate mineral with formula (NH4)Al(SO4)2·12H2O, named after its discovery locality Tschermig (now Čermníky) near Kadan, Czech Republic. It is found in coal dumps and mine heaps, such as those in Zastávka and Dębieńsko, and has no common everyday use but is notable for its rare ammonium content.
